  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During sales or high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping methods and timelines

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch (for most metro cities).

  • Express shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier workload, and unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website or at checkout.

4. Delivery areas

  • We currently ship to most pin codes within India.

  • If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel and refund your order.

  • International shipping (if enabled) will have separate charges and timelines mentioned at checkout.

5. Order tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the courier name and tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to check the real‑time status of your shipment.

6. Delayed or failed delivery

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, operational issues, or local restrictions.

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re‑shipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund as per our policy.

7. Damaged, missing, or wrong items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged package, missing items, or an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

  • We will review the issue and offer a replacement, reshipment, or other resolution as per our returns and refunds policy.

8. Address accuracy

  • Please ensure your full name, delivery address, and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

9. Change or cancellation of shipping

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If you need to change the shipping address shortly after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed and depend on the order status.
