Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on our website.
1. Eligibility for returns
We accept returns within 7–10 days of the delivery date (you can change this number).
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non‑returnable items
Opened or used perfume bottles and testers.
Items purchased during “final sale” or clearance offers (if marked as non‑returnable).
Any product that is damaged due to misuse, incorrect storage, or not in its original condition.
You can adjust this list as per your business rules.
3. Return process
To request a return:
Step 1: Contact us at support@example.com with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, share return instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
4. Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item sent by us, we may cover or reimburse the return shipping cost (as per our confirmation).
If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size/fragrance chosen by the customer, or similar reasons, return shipping charges will generally be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges paid at the time of original order are usually non‑refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit (you can choose what you prefer).
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
6. Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we may offer an exchange for the same product or another product of the same value (price difference, if any, will need to be settled).
Exchange options are decided case‑by‑case based on product condition and availability.
7. Damaged or wrong items received
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund as per our discretion.
8. Order cancellation
Orders can usually be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and you may need to follow the return process after delivery.
